1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Reinsured.AI's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Reinsured.AI's platform for authorized business purposes only. This license includes:

Access to AI agents for reinsurance and insurance operations
Processing of documents and data through our secure infrastructure
Integration with your existing systems via approved APIs
Utilization of analytics and reporting features

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials, use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper authorization, attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software, remove any copyright or proprietary notations, or transfer the materials to another person or entity.

3. Service Level Agreement

Reinsured.AI commits to the following service levels for enterprise customers:

99.9% uptime guarantee for production environments
24/7 technical support for critical issues
Maximum 4-hour response time for priority incidents
Regular system maintenance with advance notification

4. Data Processing and Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your data. Reinsured.AI processes data solely to provide services as outlined in your service agreement. We implement industry-leading security measures to protect your data and maintain strict confidentiality protocols. Data processing activities comply with applicable regulations including GDPR, Solvency II, and regional insurance regulations.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful materials
Impersonate another user or provide false information

6. Intellectual Property

The Reinsured.AI platform, including all AI models, algorithms, interfaces, and documentation, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our proprietary AI agents, machine learning models, and automation workflows remain the exclusive property of Reinsured.AI.

7. Limitation of Liability

Reinsured.AI provides AI-powered decision support tools and automation. While our platform achieves high accuracy rates, final underwriting and business decisions remain the responsibility of qualified professionals. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

8. Modifications to Terms

Reinsured.AI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will retain access to your data for 90 days for export purposes. We will securely delete all your data after this period unless required to retain it by law.
